Poor customer service, and very disappointing first impression. In the market for a Ducati 999, and came in store to checkout one out. When asked to sit on the bike, was refused and given an excuse of it being on the paddock stand, that they didn’t want to pull off. Very disappointing considering they openly advertise coming in store to test ride the bikes they sell.

Asked why the price of an MV Agusta superveloce 800 was so high, (20k above MSRP (dealer didn’t even know what MSRP meant) ), was also give a false statement about the bike no longer being produced in order to get collectors to buy (highly illegal by ACCC standards), MV Agusta official dealer states superveloce 800s coming later in 2027. Their customer service is the pits. Maybe if you're spending $35K+ on a bike they treat you well. I'm not sure. My own experience was terrible. Undignified, condescending, humiliating. They never return phone calls or texts. Won't bother coming back.

Randomly walked past this place and was just amazed. Initially wasn’t sure what it is but they are a bike dealer. The owner was very respectful and welcoming. I felt like I was in a museum. Bikes of all caliber. A place you should checkout socially if you are an enthusiast you never know what you will find. At the time of my visit I saw the Aston Martin bike which I had only seen in videos as well as other unique vintage and special bikes.

bought a “scooterelli” from them, turns out it was a znen 125-t but i was okay with that; later on i had to get the battery replaced as it was a poor quality battery and the wheels were around 5 years old — too old to be riding safely on. they also gave me only one key with no spare and were unable to provide me another duplicate. be careful and don’t be amazed by their bike displays they focus on face value as their selling point 💔
