I am miles away from the store, and I saw something I wanted, so I asked Keith if he could e mail me a picture, so he did. Because I was asking him questions about the item he became nasty and irate with me a d started yelling at me. Said he could not do business with me. Keith needs to have better customer service skills. I just hung up on him. I am female and did not like it.
