I have sent 3 emails over the past two weeks with all the information they needed and my contact information with a request to contact me. All you get is a boilerplate email saying they received your message and will respond within 24 hours. Like I sad, this started 2 weeks ago. A 1 star is much too generous if this is how they treat customers.
