I pay my rent on the 1st of every month. I drive it out to Riverton since this trailer park has no on sight manager and I have been forewarned that ya’ll don’t pick up the rent checks from the Dropbox. Understandable since your closest representative is in a neighboring town. What confuses me is why don’t you deposit the checks???? It makes no sense for my rent check to sit your absentee manager’s desk when it could be drawing interest for you. Road in park many holes and does not want to plow snow in park! Charges are many within lease to mobile home owners that would be pressed to move mobile homes, & not afford it esp over $500 a month!
