They never contact you back. I’ve been for 2 years and am very glad that i’ll be leaving sometime this year. You can never get ahold of the lot rent managers they have, not to mention just trying to get ahold of someone about a payment and they don’t get back to you until 20 days later because they didn’t tell you they got a new lot rent manager yet again. So they charge you late fee after late fee because they didn’t get back to you. It’s a very shady place and If i had to choose, i wouldn’t live here again.

Shady owners. Read attached post. Worst place to live honestly. Was miserable the 4 years we was there. Then was told we don't have your axles they get left under the home. So if anything they owe me money for the theft of 5 axles. Edit: of course we have emails stating differently about the axles so nice try.
