Can't use y'all anymore. I pay for my cloths to be right. Not collars flipped and pressed so when I get them I have to do their job by ironing the collars. When complaining it seems to get worse. Ask for medium starch when dropping off and never get it. Have to go somewhere else now and see if they'll do what we ask and what we pay for.

Customer service was poor; it took nearly two weeks to return my dress for a wedding I'm attending, and I couldn't reach them by phone.

When I picked up my Jacket, the said it was $8.66 all I had was a twenty dollar bill. I gave her the 20 and she gave me $1.and a little change back. When I told her that I gave her a twenty she digs around in her cash draw to find a 10 and says this is what you gave me. All I had was a $20. So I knew exactly what I gave. I will not do business with them again.

I found myself im a bind and my regular dry cleaners was closed so I found this spot, which is open later than most and close to home. I dropped off several shirts and pants to a staff member who was very kind, and came back a few days later, immediately noticing that it appreared I was missing some items. I asked if that was everything and after being told it was I felt I must be mistaken. Ruined a $35 hat and lost a $80 pair of shoes. Yes I got mad and yes I talked shit. If it’s not dry cleaning I wouldn’t take anything to these people. A year ago the messed up a $120 vest. This use to be my favorite cleaners for many years but they really do suck now. I wouldn’t take them a pair of mismatched socks to clean.
