Lady Rosie is rude and needs to be more attentive on what is being said to her and be more courteous on the dam phone
We had worked done in our house which left dust on our clothes, We asked the staff if they could remove the dust without charging for dry cleaning, I should have known that this was not going to turn out well as the staff do not understand English very well.......charged me over $200 for dry cleaning. Attempted to call owners, left VM to request a call back.....get the feeling the owners do not understand English as well as they texted back to stop threating them. Needless to say will not be using them again
