For them to look at my boiler a year ago as it kept losing pressure. They told me I needed a new boiler and I can buy one off them for 3k. Got a second opinion and another plumber fixed my boiler for £80. Has been working perfectly since. Be very careful with this company and get a second opinion.

The engineer who came to service my boiler was smart and presentable, but did not stay longer than 25 mins and told me that I needed a new expansion vessel. I contacted the manufacturer's appointed engineers, who came to undertake this work and they informed me that the Gaslec engineer had misdiagnosed the problem, which turned out to be a blocked pipe. No new expansion vessel needed! No, I do not recommend Gaslec.
Arrived on time, serviced my boiler and checked the meter. All good, very happy. Engineer polite and friendly. Great service, would recommend.
