Avoid this company. The are the worst. They say the will call you back and never due or the put you on hold and never get back to you. Over a week I have been trying to get me COI, still nothing
Do yourself a favor and read the other reviews and stay away. I am not sure that I could fathom a more horrific experience. Bound the wrong policy for dad who didn't do his research, they promised to send cancellation form, then gave the runaround and eventually went dark and didn't respond. I had to go to the underwriter directly to cancel. Complete waste of time and energy. I can't believe these clowns are in business. Shocking.
