Repetitive work. Plant manager is not very helpful. She asks if you wanna fight. If you kiss her ass you will get away with doing nothing. A particular employee, who went to school with the plant manager, has said that openly. Dealing with fiberglass all day and no proper PPE that protects from fiberglass particles.
