The lady I spoke with on the call was not very professional. She didn’t allow me to speak or explain my side, she just kept talking and then ended the call abruptly. It felt one-sided and unhelpful.

Submitted a contact form on their website one evening and was contacted very promptly the next day. I walked through my design and requirements with the sales contact Neal, he was very helpful suggesting a material for my application & price quote was submitted that afternoon and picked up the gaskets made perfectly a week later. The facility is nice and clean. Overall a great experience.

These guys are top notch. We have dropped off many sample gaskets for our boats, and have never had any issues getting them done here and them being perfect. We normally do will call, or they will come by and drop them off (we are a block away). Fast, solid prices, and top quality gaskets. Highly recommend.
