I have been buying gaskets from this company for 20+ years and they have never let me down! Everyone there is always quick to reply, extremely friendly, and very helpful. Their products are have never let me down and it is always quick and easy ordering from them.
The lady I spoke with on the call was not very professional. She didn’t allow me to speak or explain my side, she just kept talking and then ended the call abruptly. It felt one-sided and unhelpful.
Submitted a contact form on their website one evening and was contacted very promptly the next day. I walked through my design and requirements with the sales contact Neal, he was very helpful suggesting a material for my application & price quote was submitted that afternoon and picked up the gaskets made perfectly a week later. The facility is nice and clean. Overall a great experience.
