A little story about Gas hoses and regulators customer service. Have searched America for the broken orifice to my free standing vented stove for over 2 years. Called them on Friday. The representative (sorry, didn’t get his name) was very courteous, very helpful (I was completely ignorant of gas stove parts and sizing), determined correct sizing and completed my sale (less than 10 minutes, total).
