When numerous leaks were found in our gas piping, the heating company that has looked after our system for over 40 Years (Atlas Care) recommended Gas Guys. I can understand why- George is outstanding! Not only is he clearly an expert in his field, he juggled his schedule to accommodate us, he is efficient, reasonably priced and a really nice man. He has my highest recommendation.
George responded quickly and adjusted his schedule to provide same-day service for a gas leak. He was thorough in explaining everything and had excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend.
I emailed the Company all the details of the requirements for the gas line installation. Then the tech shows up at my door confirms that it’s an external gas line installation and tells me they cannot help me and still charges me the $99 visit fee. They should’ve told me on the phone that they couldn’t help me and not send out a tech and charge me $99. This was not a great experience and a total waste of $99.
