George helped us replace/cap an older exterior BBQ gas valve that we didn't use. He also added a support bracket to the line that we did not have previously. George answered all of our questions thoroughly, provided excellent prompt service and quality workmanship. We have peace of mind knowing we can call on George for our future gas line needs.

After losing a nights sleep from Enbridge threats to shut of my gas due to safety issue of outside gas pipe, After speaking to a large company who just passed me on to other depts to no joy i was thrilled to speak to" George" at mid day he assured me that this would be easily resolved ,Sarkis arrived on schedule later on in the day , corrected the issues even though it was his anniversary evening. I smelt gas and Enbridge came within the hour to confirm the leak and turned off my stove. I had to have the line replaced plus a new turn off valve. George from TheGasGuys gave me a quote and came over within a couple of hours. He did an outstanding job, replacing the line and also replacing parts that he considered to be substandard when the gas line was installed. Contacted George back in January to disconnect our old BBQ from the gas line because we wanted to get rid of it. Told him we would be purchasing a new one in the spring. He suggested we wait until we purchase a new BBQ and he could do all the work required, which included changing the connection. He came out within a couple of days of my reaching out to him and did the work. He's a professional and I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. Look no further.
