I have seen a lot of doctors but nome compare to Dr. Gasecki. He genuinely cares and he always takes the time to make sure we are on the same page. I never feel rushed or like just a number. His assistant Gabriella is also very sweet and caring. I don't know where I'd be without his expertise.

I was instructed that an app was needed for sending in papers. The app did not find the doctors name. The receptionist said that it worked for everyone else so she didn’t know what the problem was. I asked her to call tech support and she said they had to email only. I said that fine and she said you need to fax (who has that) or bring by ( so much for contactless appts). Overall, I'd sum up my experience with Dr. Gasecki and his staff as less than stellar. He rushes through the visits. He has prescribed medications that have negative reactions with other medications I am on. Want to pay for your bills/copays with a credit card? Not here. Cash or check only. And forget about receiving a bill in the mail…Their billing lady is terrible! Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.

Dr. Gasecki is very knowledgeable and personable. He conveys true empathy towards patients unlike one of his staff members who is *extremely* rude, and unprofessional. if you have the unfortunate event of *unexpected* billing issues. Their billing system is confusing and frustrating. I paid what I was told I owed, then months later get *only* a collection co. bill for hundreds more than the office visit rate and staff member would not give a reasonable explanation as to why and refused listen.

There is not enough room to tell my story about how Dr. Gasecki saved my life. But in short, he was able to correctly diagnose me with Narcolepsy and has provided effective treatment so I can function again. He takes the time to truly understand a patient's problems and is one of the most compassionate doctors I have met. I have a hard time communicating how grateful I am. He literally gave me my life back.
