Very disappointed with my experience at Gascoigne Leather Centre. I paid a deposit for a leather couch that was supposed to arrive within 3 weeks. Unfortunately, I never received any proper follow-up communication regarding the arrival of the product. After some time passed, I contacted the store myself to check on the order, only to be told they had “sent emails” that I never received. Worst customer service. The old woman who works there is very rude. If you don't like what she wants to sell you, she immediately starts making faces behind your back. I definitely won't ask her how to decorate my home, but I will buy what I like. I think she needs to learn how to behave first and then work with people. With staff like this, you will only lose your customers.

Very very friendly and helpfull personnel. By names Peter and Tod on the floor as well as the two admin ladies. Which some other bussinesses could learn from Gascoigne. Thanks guys Abie Cilliers

Don't be fooled by the name. The furniture is made in Asia, not Australia. The couches look really nice on the shop floor, however, when the were delivered, they did not look anything like in store. There were crushed and have a lot of dents and wrinkles. I contacted Gascoigne but my concerns were dismissed and I was told it will all settle over summer. Nine months later, it is still the same. The purchase was a bug disappointment. I would NOT recommend this shop.
