I purchased a lounge suite to finish of our new home and couldn’t be happier with the quality. I was hesitant going with leather considering my two dogs but it is the most hard wearing couch. I do not regret purchasing from Gascoigne furniture and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and great customer service

Gascoigne is good quality
Do not purchase anything from these people. We bought a very expensive lounge and after 1 month the stuffing in the pillows collapsed and we can hardly sit on it anymore, it is so uncomfortable. We tried to liase with their customer care team but there is NO customer care at all. Told us there is nothing wrong with the lounge and now Fair Trading are dealing with it. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Very disappointed with my experience at Gascoigne Leather Centre. I paid a deposit for a leather couch that was supposed to arrive within 3 weeks. Unfortunately, I never received any proper follow-up communication regarding the arrival of the product. After some time passed, I contacted the store myself to check on the order, only to be told they had “sent emails” that I never received.
