Don't be fooled by the name. The furniture is made in Asia, not Australia. The couches look really nice on the shop floor, however, when the were delivered, they did not look anything like in store. There were crushed and have a lot of dents and wrinkles. I contacted Gascoigne but my concerns were dismissed and I was told it will all settle over summer. Nine months later, it is still the same. The purchase was a bug disappointment. I would NOT recommend this shop.
We visited the Osborne park branch, we were greeted by Todd upon arrival his customer service and advice was exceptional from the start, no hard sell just genuine advice on what would be best for us, we purchased the Nuvola Top quality and Top Leather Thank you Todd Mark & Pauline Brabham
