Built my house 20 years ago. Had Farrell Gas fill my tank since then. Called to get it filled, 3 weeks later, no gas. I called and was told they came out, but my AC unit is too close to the gas tank, so they wouldn't fill it. I had to move the tank! The tank and the AC unit hasn't moved in 20 years!!!!! I'll find someone else!

Since this company has sold the service has been poor. Today we ran out! How does a company whose primary responsibility is to sell propane allow the customer to run out of gas! They have an entirely new system for monitoring. Failed. The previous company owner never had this happen in 10 years..within 1 year of new owners we run out! Called and they will be out today but have to relit all the pilot lights and rearrange our day!
