Update: Andy came through for us once again today, replacing the plumbing in our shower as well as in a separate vintage tub. He also fixed the leaking tub drain, accessed through a small access panel in a nearby closet—and he did all this in less than a day! His workmanship is first-rate, and he works with incredible efficiency along with his signature good humor. Andy is my go-to plumber in Oakland. I have used him or his team perhaps ten times in as many years. Small jobs, big replumbing projects, leak fixes, new sinks, etc. His work is always good, and his prices are fair. Today, he sent a guy out to fix a kitchen sink leak that wasn't responding to my attempts to just replace gaskets, etc. His plumber identified a leaking T. Gasca Plumbing is where it is at! Over the past couple of months, we had a significant amount of plumbing work done — new washer and dryer valves, a new kitchen sink faucet with under-sink water filter, two new toilets, and some water pressure issues resolved. Andy not only handled everything flawlessly and at a great price, but he also gave clear and honest recommendations along the way, such as suggesting reliable toilet and faucet brands. We will definitely be calling Gasca again for any future plumbing needs.
