I’m extremely frustrated with my experience with Gas Works, not just because of the issue itself, but because of the complete lack of communication and accountability. After work was performed on my gas fireplace system, a leak was identified that resulted in 50% of gas loss in matter of weeks. An excellent experience! Their tech, Steve, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He took care of the equipment efficiently and expertly, and left the place cleaner than he found it. Highly recommended.
Gas works gave us a great price for our gas insert (Heat N Glo Escape) and made everything easy - from the consultation to the installation. We love the fireplace and would highly recommend them!
