I was in the Naugatuck door today, looking for a sweet pepper relish something like Frankie‘s relish. There was nothing like that in the condiment aisle. It was just the green sweet and dill relish is there. One of the employees that look like he had some sort of a disability was in the next aisle and I asked him to help. Just wow... waiting to buy some salmon at Stop & Shop, Greenwich Ave, Warwick , been standing waiting for 10 minutes and not a soul in sight. Called the customer service # to the store to tell them there's no one at the counter. They said they'd page someone and still no one came . Well no fish for me I guess . Thanks for the crappy service, Stop & Shop !
I have been a customer of Stop and Shop Pharmacy Kingston Ma for at least 5 years.The pharmacist in charge is Melanie, I must say she is the most caring pharmacist I have ever meet, Melanie will always take the time to explain in detail any questions I may have,regarding my prescription ,and with a caring trusting smile. Melanie deserves to be recognized ,for her professionalism, and her kindness. Thank you Gordon Snow .
Up until about a month ago, the people in the pharmacy were kind, helpful and efficient. In the last couple of weeks, 2 of the pharmacists have left and for 2 days in a row I have been told that my refills are NOT ready but are in "the line up"... Really????????? The doctor called them THREE days ago!!!!!! What is going on?? You need to get more help there and get these prescriptions filled!!!!! VERY dissapointing and may be time to use a different pharmacy.
They have a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) who overcharges patients prescriptions. I told on them for overcharging prescriptions. What they do is they don't put your prescription through your medical insurance and they pretend you don't have any insurance. That is how PBM's overcharge you at the pharmacy. I always tell on them whenever they do that.
Stop & Shop in Miller Place is by far the worst managed store I ever visited. Management is invisible just like their center store, dairy & frozen with consistent major out of stocks. Entire categories are blown out on a regular basis. You can not buy half of what’s on your list because the product is always out of stock. Whether you shop in the morning, afternoon or night it does not matter. Now we have to drive out of town to due our shopping. Date of service 10/20/23 afternoon -After phoning my prescription in 5 days ago I attempted to pick up my script.. I was advised that my prescription was not ready and was asked to wait (30 minutes). When called to the counter I was informed that my prescription was can only be partially filled and try to call back in a few weeks to check on availability . Really ?!!!! This is a medical prescription. This pharmacy is NOT reliable nor was the service professional. Is this a Fruit stand or a pharmacy?
Their baked goods, especially muffins, are better than Panera's. A little less sugar would be 5 stars
HEALTH WARNING: OMG- I have been going to S&S store Beverly, MA Elliot St. location for 10 years. My family and I have been noticing over the years, product quality slipping down to unhealthy levels. Today is the day I say something for everyone. We are no longer shopping there due to obvious and overwhelming rotten food and many returns.
