A first !!!! … A company that turn up on time , do the job , ( new combi boiler – 6 new radiators – one bathroom heated towel rail , and all pipework modifications ) and finish on time .. This on top of a very competitive price .. 5 stars all the way .. Dave and Gary were both brilliant to deal with .. Professional and tidy at all times … Cannot recommend highly enough …
Failed to register 10 yr warranty with Worcester Bosche on first new boiler installation. Had to contact Worcester Bosch personally, to sort warranty out. No paperwork on another boiler installation. All attempts to get paperwork was ignored. Made the mistake of paying for the job in cash, as trusted the installer who promised the paperwork would be forth coming. Still waiting nearly 3 years later. Can't recommend this company.
Had a Worcester combi boiler installed with them last year and it's still going strong. Called them out for a boiler service this year because they offered a great price. Very happy with the price and results.
We had a new Worcester combi boiler and radiators fitted a few months back! The difference is amazing with the house being toasty hot when required! The guys were great and nothing was too much hassle for them........thank you! They were very friendly and always on time and very responsive to any questions/issues I had, all handled very professionally. Excellent Service from start to finish. From the first initial call to Peter, who came out to advise what was required to the two professional fitters we received a 5 star service.They installed a new boiler, ran new pipes ,bench radiator as well as burnished radiators, everyone who sees them love the radiators .The guys were always really helpful & professional, nothing was to much trouble , even working around other services, to be honest the best workmen that we had on the job!
