DO NOT RECOMMEND! We asked for maintenance and the technician FORGOT to reopen the heating connector!!! Our equipment broke because it was constantly actively working trying to heat the house without gaz 🤦♀️ no the company hangs up on me saying they don't want me as a client and they don't want to take the responsibility
I was so disapointed in their service I bought a building a few years ago the old owner bought 2 units with this comapny the water tank and the heating system not even 5 years ago. Starting last year the water unit has been causing so many problems. They seem to have blamed the problem on everything else but the unit. Until today that I found out it is the unit but of course its no longer under warranty. I have spent so much money trying to figure out the problem and they have not serviced me at all .
