DO NOT RECOMMEND! We asked for maintenance and the technician FORGOT to reopen the heating connector!!! Our equipment broke because it was constantly actively working trying to heat the house without gaz 🤦♀️ no the company hangs up on me saying they don't want me as a client and they don't want to take the responsibility
I was so disapointed in their service I bought a building a few years ago the old owner bought 2 units with this comapny the water tank and the heating system not even 5 years ago. Starting last year the water unit has been causing so many problems. They seem to have blamed the problem on everything else but the unit. Until today that I found out it is the unit but of course its no longer under warranty. I have spent so much money trying to figure out the problem and they have not serviced me at all . Service professionnel et exécution des travaux A1!
J'ai fait appel à leur service car la chaleur ne se propageait pas au niveau supérieur de l'édifice. Ils ont bien résolu le problème de pression qui consiste juste à ouvrir un robinet pendant quelques secondes et ils ont fait un diagnostique erroné de l'état de la fournaise. Mais quand le temps froid est revenu la chaudière n'est pas repartie alors je les ai rappelé et je me suis fait dire que j'étais un client à probléme puis il m'a raccroché dessus.
