First called Gas Plumbing Svcs of Lake Helen in 2018 when I had a new gas range installed, the office staff was both knowledgeable and accommodating in scheduling an appointment. The technician was superb! On time, knowledgeable and kept us informed. During COVID we purchased a web enabled, gas in-line hot water heater which the manufacturer struggled to provide, GPS worked with us and kept us fully informed throughout the process thru installation. Excellent experience. I just bought a house in Ormond that has a gas fireplace I had no idea how to use. On the recommendation of my home inspector I gave Gas Plumbing Services a call. The girls at the office were really nice and knowledgeable. I set the appointment and they kept me informed of my appointment with reminders. I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony who was amazing. I called GPS about a problem I had & decided to go to their office to look at their fireplaces they had. We spoke to a young lady named Vicky & she was a world of knowledge concerning fireplaces. She asked why we thought we needed a new f/p. I told her why & she asked if I knew the model number which I told her. At that point she said we had a top of the line f/p.
