Very few people deserve the "exemplary employee" title. However, Ryan in the "wash" portion of this location deserves said title. He is the epitome of respect and understanding. I made a mistake and as he tried to explain to me, I decided to give him attitude. Instead of feeding into my sour response, he took the time to explain to me my mistake.
