Came by to get car wash today and the manager Jack was so personable and sweet. My favorite place
They charged me for a membership wash the day I cancelled and I want my money back!! I haven’t used it since they charged me and they will not refund me the $40. Real classy Homer Glen to allow a business to steal money. This has been my first experience where I have had a problem. Side note: I have witnessed and have heard from multiple people who have also had extreme wash memberships noticing during peak wash times the tire shine is being turned off by employees as they are entering through the wash.
I've used my debit card here for two separate gas purchase transactions via manual swipe/entry of my card at the pump. These two transactions were the only time where the card has been out of my possession and swiped for any purchase in the last 10 days. This evening, several fraudulent transactions, including Apple digital purchases, were made using my debit card. This gas station allows skimmers to skim credit card data at the pump. Beware.
