Yesterday, was my first and LAST time visiting the Gas n Wash location at store 1201 in shorewood as I was stereotyped against by the attendees & a carwash patron. After a long work shift, at another well known gas station, I stopped by the car wash on 10/04/25 during the times of 4:30-5:10 pm. BEWARE! $259 for one wash. 4/2025 Had a employee ask if we would like a special $9.95 unlimited for first month.$24.95 after. But watch they put us on ultimate $49.95 But I did call and cancel before 1st month! Was told card not in system. Thinking he meant they deleted it. Wife saw it on her statement 8/25. Different number then mine because I had misplaced so was reissued so didn't realize that is why my card was not in system besides thinking they just removed because I canceled. Whoever you had scheduled on August 22nd, 2025 between 11pm and 12am blatantly ignored every single 34 calls I made while on duty. Who knows, maybe they were in the back sleeping. I had one simple question and after my first call was unanswered I thought maybe they're with a customer, so I waited about 5min before calling back. It turned into a game ( how busy can they be at this time/how many calls will it take for them to ever answer.) First call was at 11:27pm, last call was at 11:53pm. 34 missed calls, no service. Dog wash ops were great! Manager Mike and his crew were very helpful and sympathetic to our situation...We were fostering a dog that was abandoned and found very dirty. The GNW group kindly allowed the dog, and us, all the time we needed to get the animal back in proper condition. Facilities were easy to use and clean. Awesome to have a service like this available in the community. Thanks again for your assistance!
