Nice quiet mobile home park where everyone seems to be the really nice and mind there own business. Except for the management who are petty and up right.
Worst place ever, horizon land management is just a glorified slum lord. Lot rent is completely overpriced and the streets are horrible. They have raised the rent 3 times in 2.5 years and have made ZERO improvements.
Only one complaint, they need to fix the pot holes in the streets. Absolutely terrible.
