Worst company around! Do yourself favor and don’t even bother with them. I wouldn’t even give them a star if I didn’t have to. They are all about ripping their customers off! They are a dollar more expensive than everywhere else and they say they will price match but we went in circles with them for over a week and they still refuse to price match even with proof they had to have! We have been customers of Gas Inc. for many years. Over the years we have seen upgrades such as remote monitoring of our propane tank which has been extremely convenient. With the remote tank level monitoring, we can count on Gas Inc. to arrive when necessary and we are never without propane when we need it. We recently noticed they now send a text notifying us when the tank is filled which we really appreciate it.
Called to see how much propane was and I was told 4.14 a gallon called Ranger Gas and they quoted me 2.99 a gallon they are definitely overcharging their customers time to take my business elsewhere
