I have a rental LP tank in Lagrange Ga. that I called in to be picked up one year ago in March of 2024. It is now March 2025 and the tank is still here. I have called week after week to the Newnan office and received excuses why they could not pick up the tank. The excuses varied from: we do not pick up until summer, the boom truck is in the shop, the boom truck has been moved to a another location. awesome service,they will try to get you propane quickly if you find your self too low to make it and cx service always good and the drivers.
Worst customer service ever!!! Jennifer has hung up on me twice today. I was woken up this morning by my four-year-old telling me that he was cold. I walked out to the tank in 17° weather with snow on the ground and realized that our tank was sitting on zero. THE MONITOR HAS NOT BEEN IN 8 WEEKS!! I had to drive my children on black ice at 7AM this morning to get them somewhere warm!!! And when you call customer service, they had the audacity to hang up on you?
