Years ago, my late grandfather purchased a tank from a gas company that was not Gas Incorporated. My father rents a tank from Gas Inc. I currently rent my late grandfather's home. I needed to get the propane filled, so I gave Gas Inc a call. For some reason, they were trying to say the tank at my late grandfather's was theirs..... Until I was able to get the serial number to prove otherwise. I just want to say thank you to the wonderful people at the Dallas location for Gas Inc. I called them on behalf of my 95 year old mother who has been a customer of theirs for years. She ran completely out of propane and had no heat. Jennifer, who I talked to on the phone, went above and beyond the call of duty making several phone calls until she was able to get some propane delivered that night. No details of delivery given, yet took my almost $700 payment. Old lady on the phone just kept repeating 'delivery is 10 business day's when I called to see about it today. I have little kids- they don't care at all.
