We placed an order for gas January 20th. We finally ran out 4 days ago and this company still says they have no eta of when it will be delivered. I have 2 babies with the flu,no heat,no hot water,and a winter storm warning in effect. I have BEGGED AND PLEADED with them to please make us priority considering our situation. We cannot stay with relatives with the kids being sick. The fact of the matter is, they are just tired of me calling and do not care because it is not them in our situation.
Signed up with cheerful sales tech who told me my tank would be filled in 5-7 business days. Waited until day 8 to call and see when they would fill the tank - was told it will be another 3 weeks before they could come out!! Currently calling other companies
Driver broke driveway so manager Randall came to take take pictures no response. Now no one answers phone. Left Randall several messages. I guess that's the way they do business very shady.
ANSWER THE PHONE! I've been on hold two days in a row for over 30 minutes and was forced to hang up because I have a life to live. YES I did order online. YES I did go back online to see if I could chat with an agent there (you can't by the way). And the reason for my call, the last time we ordered online it didn't go through and our tank got so low we almost had an emergency situation. That's dangerous. So now I am forced to call to make sure my online order went through.
Years ago, my late grandfather purchased a tank from a gas company that was not Gas Incorporated. My father rents a tank from Gas Inc. I currently rent my late grandfather's home. I needed to get the propane filled, so I gave Gas Inc a call. For some reason, they were trying to say the tank at my late grandfather's was theirs..... Until I was able to get the serial number to prove otherwise.
