This company refuses to pick up their propane tank on my property. I do not have service with this company. I bought a home that previous used this company and they informed us they are unprofessional and rates are not fair. We have called and asked for the supervisor several times. No call backs. I'm writing on behalf of my elderly father whose property is listed for sale. He switched gas providers nearly 4 months ago. He called every day for weeks to ask them to pick up their tank. This started in early February. They kept telling him they only pick up tanks in the spring. It's almost summer, and now, we have potential buyers for his property and the tank is STILL THERE. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! RUN!!! They don’t want to replace the tank that they’re supposed to be replacing and taking the old. This company has been the very worse company that any house hold could ever have! My mother is BLIND and an elder! She has had absolutely no hot water or heat for over two months now.
