Avoid Gas Inc at all cost. By far the worst company I've ever dealt with in any context. We are currently waiting on a delivery that was ordered and paid for over a week ago. As of yesterday, they still hadn't even put us on the schedule. Currently on hold with them (30+ minutes). Facing the real possibility that we will run out before they deliver (again). Gas Inc cannot be trusted to keep your family warm!
We’ve been customers since building our home, and until recently our experience had been consistently positive. In the past, when our tank ran low or empty, refills were handled within a day or two without issue. This time, when our tank ran out, we were told the earliest standard refill would be up to 13 days out. We were then informed that expedited service was available for an additional fee, initially quoted at $250 and later changed to $400. Own my tank and called around for summer fill when prices are lower. This means alot as propane is very expensive compared to natural gas. Never used them before, and it took a 3 weeks for a delivery in summer. No rush as but when they finally showed on the only day I was not around, they only filled to 70% of tank not 80%. They claimed safety which is what the 80% fill is for. That's a 50 gallon difference i now can't get anyone to finishing filling and will likely cost me $75 to $100 difference in cost as a winter fill. I ... read more
