RecommendedService was fast and professional. They came to service my gas fireplace and they were so good that I'm considering buying one of their beautiful units before Autumn.
I received excellent and prompt service. I wasn't very knowledgeable about Gas Fireplaces and what my options were. Floyd took his time to explain and gave all the information and resources to pick the best Fireplace for my budget. Prices were very reasonable and I already set up my service maintenance call for next year.
Floyd came out right away, re-did the rusted out innards from a chimney leak and got it working and looking awesome. I will definitely use Floyd for our annual inspection or for any other issues that come up. BONUS, he put up with three kids surrounding him while watching TV, the bird sqwaking, and our dog barking. Good guy. Awesome service.
The owners are community members, they were reliable and informative for someone (me) who wasn't knowledgeable about gas fireplaces. They gave me a great quote and did an excellent job. 2 winters and I haven't had a problem at all!!
Our fireplace is less than one year old and has been broken since the beginning of December 2018. I have called multiple times and a technician showed up on December 14, about a week after I reported the problem. He noted the problem and assured me Gas Fireplace Plus could fix it but not that day. I am sorry I recommended your company to a neighbor, who did purchased a unit, but we have not received one return phone call sine December 14, 2018. Do you think I should contact the BBB and Checkbook DC?
Very Exceptional and highly qualified professional (5+). Did a very thorough and impressive inspection and diagnosed a critical component fix. Very efficient in his work and cleanup. Very reasonable price and Excellent workmanship. A true artisan. Highly recommended endorsement.
Floyd was very professional and did a GREAT job servicing our fireplace that hadn't been serviced in over 10 years. I would highly recommend Floyd at Gas Fireplaces Plus to anyone whose gas fireplace needs work or just needs to be cleaned. Ours looks brand new and it's over 20 years old!!
Spectacular service!! Our gas fireplace started making a worrisome noise whenever the fan went on. Floyd of Gas Fireplace Plus did an impressive job fixing the unit. The unit we have is designed with the fan completely behind everything else, and the technician had to take the whole thing apart to get to the fan. He then diagnosed and fixed the problem, and then rebuilt the insert, cleaning everything as he went. He explained everything as he worked, and he was very neat and careful.
