We just finished our appointment and Mike was excellent. He arrived within the established time and he repaired our fireplace. The price was fair and it included a cleaning, which was a bonus for us. I would definitely recommend Gas Fireplace Repair Specialist to anyone.
I just had my gas fireplace serviced for the first time by this company. The quality was far better than what I experienced in the past from others. The technician (Rob) was very thorough - he took his time doing an excellent job of cleaning, inspecting and servicing the unit. He also answered my many questions and was exceedingly pleasant. I'd highly recommend this company and will absolutely be using them again in the future!
I'll be honest, I rarely take the time to write a reivew, but we are so happy with Rob's service that I feel compelled. They were able to schedule us super quickly to perform a general maintenance check and take a look at a suspected leak. Rob was incredibly thorough, fixed the leak, addressed some other issues with the fireplace as well, and took the time to explain the ins and outs of operating our fireplaces (we're new homeowners). Denise was extremely friendly and professional! She responded to my online request quickly and was able to fit me in the schedule the next day. Don arrived within the time frame I was given. He was professional, friendly and confident. He was able to get my fireplace up in running within minutes. Great company all around and would definitely recommend them!!
