Manny was very knowledgeable and addressed the issue with our fireplace on our first visit. However, the problem was not resolved. It took a month just to get a call back from him after multiple attempts. He said he would squeeze us into his schedule and then never showed up, no communication or anything. Its been super frustrating to say the least.
Manny squeezed me in on a busy Thanksgiving weekend and got my fireplace working in no time! Super clean, explained everything and answered all my questions. I would use him again any time!

He quickly diagnosed the issue, and repaired our fireplace to work very well. He explained the actions he took, and kept the fireplace going to show me it was good to go. He is a local small business owner, and we would recommend his company to anyone with a gas fireplace issue or concern.
Manny was fantastic! He arrived ahead of schedule, gave me a call and patiently walked through how to use my fireplace. Super helpful and professional- I would absolutely recommend him!!
