Manny was super helpful and simply a great human. He spent time to educate me about use and care of my fireplace. Got it fixed up and cleaned up so fast. Overall great service, highly recommend!
I have had Manny out twice. The first time everything was great. Second visit he serviced the unit replaced some wires left the fireplace burning. Next day I went to turn it on. Nothing. It has been three weeks and I have called and left multiple texts that were seen. I am still waiting to be contacted. My fireplace which I love no longer works.
