Their customer service is outstanding! Sergio was the sales rep who helped me book my reservation and set me up with a lift. The lift we reserved needed some additional servicing and wouldn't be available in time for our project, so they provided an even larger lift at no additional cost. They were friendly and courteous, and we didn't have any issues with the lift for the month that we had it rented.
I have used this company a few times now to rent a warehouse forklift and other various equipment for my shop. Sergio is awesome, very helpful and deals with my last minute reservations. Equipment is always top notch and no issues with delivery or pick-up, prices are fair. Overall great experience each time and I will continue to use them for my rentals.
