I called and left messages twice. No return call.
The good news is the Gas Doctor is probably doing great. Unfortunately, he never returned my two calls over the past month. So, this 1 Star is for Customer Service. At this time of year, Gas folks are busy. Kugel and Sons called me back the next day to let me know they are super busy. I appreciate that and will try to use them in the future.
