I really love the gas city cross fit gym. The owners are very good at making a newbie feel comfortable. I was nervous about going as I was very out of shape and the owners and other members really helped me feel like I could do it. I already feel changes in strength and endurance and it's only been a month.
The workouts are always challenging but Kane and the other instructors are always supportive and helpful. I leave feeling stronger all the time!
