I had an excellent, responsive and reasonable Gas Boiler Service with Andrew- Gas Care, today. Further to a worrying problem on my boiler, Gas Care came recommended by family. They responded immediately to my enquiry, called the next day and did a thorough service on my combi boiler. I would trust and recommend them.
Didnt turn up for 2 appointments, I waited in all afternoon, no communication and no apology,sorry to leave a bad review but was sitting around waiting for 5 hrs in all.
Excellent! Our boiler packed in without warning in the middle of winter and we needed a replacement. Andrew and the rest of the team were fantastic at getting everything sorted for us. The price was very reasonable for supply and fit. They got us a new WB boiler installed within a week and managed to do the whole job in one day. Thank you!
