Shocking customer service . Only interested in the money . I had a new boiler fitted , which resulted in half my heating system not working . When I eventually got him out again he said there was nothing he could do ! He said it was my system even though I pointed out that my system was working perfectly until the boiler broke . He said he would carry out an investigation but he would charge me ! When I asked what I was supposed to do with no heating system he said I could get a second opinion which I subsequently sought .
