The plumber arrived late, was rude, and left the gas boiler installation incomplete. His behavior was unprofessional and unsettling. Wouldn’t recommend him.

What a great service these guys have provided for us! We needed our boiler repositioning in a really awkward space, Lee promptly came over, ran through exactly what was required, which put our inds at ease. Lee very quickly came back with quote. Had no hot water & boiler was cutting out. Called Lee & he found the problem quickly. Didn't need any new parts: serviced boiler whilst there & all for a very modest price. Have recommended him to others who were equally happy with his prompt attendance and the work he carried out. Surprised to see some 1 star reviews - anyway, it's a 5 from me.
Lee and his team are the best in Bournemouth. I moved house 6 months ago, so far they’ve serviced my boiler, fitted new radiators throughout, fixed my toilet flush and a leaky tap! Gas Boiler Specialists are always busy but Lee does his best to get round as soon as possible. He’s a friendly, relaxed guy to deal with, staff are polite, tidy as they work and the most important factor for me, his prices are reasonable.
