Dan was great. He diagnosed the issue with photos and videos I sent him and was able to have the correct parts ordered before the repair. He was prompt and the repair and cleanup was done quickly. I would definitely use Gas Appliance Specialists in any future needs. Thanks Dan!
This is the second time Dan has completed a job for us. He installed a gas dryer and a gas grill. He is awesome. Always punctual and does a great job. He also takes the time to explain what he did and how to use the installed appliance e. I highly recommend his services.
The first thing I noticed was Dan took off his shoes before coming in the house. Dan was on time, communicated well, cleaned up after the job was done and charge a very reasonable fee. Would highly recommend.
Our specialist arrived on time and immediately found the problem with our gas fireplace which was not working. His demeanor was friendly and he clearly stated the problem and the solution. The replacement parts were in his truck. He was able to repair the fireplace quickly.
