Dan was quick to respond to our request for help with our gas fireplace. He was friendly, knowledgable and reasonably priced.
Dan offered support as I was trying to navigate warranty parts and then once I had them he came promptly and solved the issue we had. He was professional and efficient and we had an excellent experience. Thank you.
The igniter on my oven failed last night. I texted Dan at 9:30 this A.M. and he was at my place by 12:30. He had the part with him and he was done and cleaned up after himself within 45 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the service and the charge was reasonable. I heartedly recommend Dan - he's someone you can count on to do it right and treat you fairly.
