Customer service was absolutely outstanding. And the prices were even a little cheaper than ordering my consumables and welding supplies online. Swapped out and loaded my truck with a fresh bottle of Mig Gas as Well.
Customer for several years and nothing but terrible service the whole time. Delivery drivers won’t show up sometimes for a few days, billing is never right, sales reps that visit the shop don’t know anything, especially the new ones. They’ll take orders then when it shows up in a few weeks it will all be the wrong stuff. Bought two new Miller welders from them and when one had an issue early on in its warranty, they wouldn’t fix it, took two months of a down welder with me calling regularly to get anyone out. They will NOT answer the phone after 4pm even though They close at 4:30 And this time I had just left there My call was ignored three times!!! It makes sense now because the phone was ringing when I was there. You always have to get the other salesperson to help you out because the one you're dealing with has already closed as register for the day even though it's nowhere close to closing time. If you can't handle a 7 hour shift go home and let someone else have your job that wants it!!
