Very helpful, always courteous on the phone and during delivery, usually very quick to get supplies out to us. My only extremely minor complaint would be that a few times lately they've been pretty busy and had longer hold times or been a little behind on deliveries, but when that does happen they're honest and accurate about their delivery ETA which I really appreciate. A couple of times I've really needed it ASAP and asked them to try and deliver same day if at all possible, and they did make it happen which was awesome! T... read more
