The owner upsold me a rim to go with the tote he sold me, only to have it FALL OFF THE NEXT DAY. Yes, my whole wheel (rim and tire) came off my truck after picking up my kids from school. Took it to another shop to get it inspected only to find out the idiot left a spacer on from my previous rim which caused the wheel to not sit properly 🤬🤬. I came back to get a refund and he refused.
