I started going July 3 to just get a cleaning and ended up having to get 3 crowns & a filling done. I had a $4000.00 Humana card to use on my dentist, eyes and heating and ended up spending it all at this dentist office. I talked to my Humana and they would not cover all of it, but the billing at this dentist office said not to worry that their UCF their estimated cost of it all would cover it, including my 3 crowns and filling. As a 41 year old baby, the professionals in this office were extremely patient with me as I asked for an explanation of every instrument used the office, gagged unreasonably, and sat up numerous times to try to calm myself down. They walked me through the procedure before hand. Explained my insurance coverage as well and were transparent about pricing. Lastly they had a detailed procedural plan for my upcoming visits along with a costs breakdown. I’m extremely happy with this office and the people that work in it.

Off the bat just by looking at my tooth, the recommendation was root canal and crown. No xray, no deep evaluation. I didn't like that.
