Very fair, informative, and not just out to make buck. I took my 1990 Chevy Pickup to them and after explaining the problem to them. They did only what was necessary to fix it. Nothing more, nothing less. Plus they listened to everything I had to say about the problem without making me feel as though I did not know what I was talking about. I would recommend Garys to anyone needing transmission service.
Very informative and friendly. Was in need and was treated very fairly. Mr. Crabtree is a real gentleman. He is very smart about cars too....
