I was shocked when I received the bill for brake pad replacement. My son is a sophomore at Tech and went to this place based on the reviews. They replaced the rotors so I called to ask them why. They said that he had already approved it and it was mainly because there was rust on them. I had my son bring them back home to look at them, and there was some rust but not worth replacing them. I highly recommend Gary's Service Center on 34th street. These days it is hard to find an auto care center that has integrity, cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. This local, family owned and run business is a shining light in the Lubbock community. I will not take my car anywhere else. Tiffiny G.

My son was having trouble with an older vehicle and already had two other shops work on it before taking it to Garys. It took two trips before they got the problem figured out. Honest business that stand behind their work. I know where I’ll be taking my vehicles if I have any problems in the future
