Called to have them come pump the septic. Told them in the phone we hadn’t located the lid just the septic. They said it would be $84/hr. To dig plus the $600 to pump(which was already $200 more than the competition). I agreed because everyone else was booked out. They got here saw there was digging and said I needed to hired an excavator. My s/o found the lid when he got off work in under an hour and it was right next to the hole we had dig to locate the septic. Did not want to work yesterday apparently.
I called numerous septic places and everyone was "2 weeks out" Bill Duncan with Gary's septic came the next day and sucked out my septic tank. Bill gave me lots of advice on my drain field. These guys are amazing, professional, punctual, and smart. Highly recommend to everyone!
As a Real Estate Broker, I have used a number of septic services in the Walla Walla area and there are a lot of good companies in town. However, Gary's is EXCEPTIONAL. They go above and beyond! They actually get down in the tank to clean it and inspect it to insure it is in good working order.
