We had a clogged drain in our office bathroom and called Gary’s Rooter & Hydro Jetting. He showed up super fast within 30 minutes which was huge for us during work hours. Very friendly, professional, and got straight to work. He fixed the problem quickly and the price was very reasonable. He even left the bathroom cleaner than it was before. Highly recommend if you need someone reliable and responsive.
My first service with Gary was back in 2014 just a year after I bought my home in South Pasadena. This was after trying a couple other plumbers and getting the fast talk and no resolutions. Maybe I got lucky but they came in less than an hour, Zareh and Armond were polite and professional. They got down to business with a camera. Cleared my clog with the camera but recommended a rooter which I agreed to. Very fair price. Will be using again. Thank you!
Gary hydro-jetted my main sewer line, and was able to remove tree roots that other rooter company had failed to do. He was very professional, and showed me on the video screen the condition of the pipe, from the clean out, all the way to the city sewer line. I can see he is very proud of his equipment and his skills. I am very satisfied.
