Gary is the best, I had a main drain blockage 125 ft. He arrived quickly, he got right to work cleaned out the block all the way to the city sewer, then took video and showed me everything. He is a trustworthy professional. Great service, great price! Thank you Gary!
I have worked with many roto and hydrojetting companies having owned both single family rentals and multi-unit properties. Gary has worked with me the longest and the one I trust by far the most. He is honest and an absolute master at his trade. His phone rings non-stop while he works not only from clients but also other plumbers that need guidance. If you can wait a day or two longer for his services, do it.
Great experience, Gary was easy to contact and schedule with to hydro-jet my sewer line and the entire experience was seamless would highly recommend! Appreciated him mentioning the City of Burbank rebate on sewer line inspections.
Called Gary's Rooter & Hydro Jetting for a plumbing issue and couldn't be happier with the service. Gary and his team showed up right on time. Gary ran a camera through the pipes to pinpoint the exact issue, then did a full jet wash to clear it out. What really stood out was how he walked me through everything step by step, showing me the camera footage and explaining what he found and what he did to fix it. The whole process was fast, professional, and transparent. No guesswork, no upselling, just honest, knowledgeable work... read more
