Huge thanks to Gary’s Roto-Rooter for coming out on Memorial Day weekend and taking care of our issue so quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got the camera inspection done right away so we could identify and fix the problem fast. I had a serious plumbing issue and consulted with three different plumbers before calling Gary's Rooter and Hydro Jetting. Each of the other plumbers recommended expensive solutions—breaking open the concrete and replacing the entire pipe or using epoxy lining methods—all at several thousands of dollars. Gary and team came out almost immediately when I called on short notice. They arrived earlier than expected, explained everything thoroughly and provided great service. They gave me options and let me watch and showed me where the problems were in my main sewer line. Because of his camera I saw before and after video of my sewer line.
