I have had my pool for 8 years now. I am still very happy with the service that I continue to receive throughout the years. Always helpful and quick to respond when I have needed help.
I was very pleased that the installation of my pool was very fast and exactly the spot I had wanted it. The investment has been a pleasant learning chore enjoyed by the whole family.
Installation was quick. Surprised the hole was dug and pool installed in one day. There were long delays in equipment install and for the final concrete finish, but that was subbed out. A year later the pump failed and Gary’s handled the warranty replacement for the whole process removal and install. Pool installed a few years ago and they still called to make sure the pool was meeting our needs and if we had any issues or questions. 3 stars for install. 5 stars for customer service.

Gary’s Pool and Patio installed my fiberglass pool 9 years ago and my family and I have enjoyed it ever since. Delivered and installed as promised, from San Antonio to my home in Tomball (N Houston). Install crew informed me every step of the way and walked me thru all the instructions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone to buy a pool from Gary’s.
