Don't bother to call. He may come out, he may diagnose the problem, he may promise to come back in a week with a new toilet. Reality: He won't come back, he won't return calls, his message machine fills up and stops receiving messages. Fixed the problem myself, with no new toilet involved.

Very expensive-charged 2500 for 6 hrs-he seems competent but way overpriced for the job they did. I had to pay for 2 men for a 1 man job.
