I have had them do two repairs for me. One was really bad and they made it look almost new! I would use them again for sure!!
Unprofessional phone skills
Rude and arrogant staff.
They repainted a bumper that I sent down there. The car looked as good as new when they were finished! In addition, the 2 people I spoke to that work there were very polite and knowledgable. I will be using this body shop in the future (if I need body work)!
Called in and said hi, how are you? He said BUSY. I said, I understand! How far out are yall on estimates? He said "I CAN'T TALK TO YOU RUGHT NOW YOU GONNA HAVE TO CALL BACK LATER BYE" in a very angry and rude tone. I wouldn't give them 1 star, but Google has yet to debut the ZERO star option. Gary, or whoever I spoke to, I really hope you get well soon.
