Gary has to be one of the straight to point people you will meet or talk to. it is very refreshing as he tells you what is fact or fiction, true or not true and in my experience will tell you if what you are thinking will be a waste of money or not. I saw that someone complained that he did not send a receipt to him, any small business may need a reminder. Gary and team are very helpful and they “fixed” my boat within a day or two both times and even left it out the front locked so I could pick it up after hours. However after spending a few hundred to bleed the oil and check over my engine I was very disappointed that the exact same warning light and subsequent limp mode came on the second I started the engine again.
